My sweet and sour chicken ball,
I write to thee this letter,
To express my love and devotion,
For thou art the most delicious thing,
That I have ever tasted.
Thy batter is so crispy,
And thy chicken is so tender,
And thy sauce is the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy,
It is like nothing I have ever experienced before.
I remember the first time I had thee,
I was at a Chinese restaurant with my friends,
And I was hesitant to try something new,
But then I took a bite,
And I was hooked.
I have been in love with thee ever since,
I eat thee as often as I can,
And I always bring thee to parties and potlucks,
Thou art always a hit,
And I always get compliments on thy deliciousness.
But thou art more than just delicious,
Thou art also a force for good in the world,
Thou hast brought people together from all walks of life,
Thou hast made people happy,
And thou hast made people laugh,
Thou hast even saved the world from an alien invasion.
I will never forget the day the aliens came,
They were big and scary,
And they had weapons that could destroy us all,
But then thou stepped in,
Thou used thy deliciousness to distract the aliens,
And then thou used thy batter to trap them,
We were able to defeat them,
And it was all thanks to thee.
I love thee, Sweet & Sour Chicken Ball,
Thou art more than just a food,
Thou art a friend, a confidante, and a savior,
I do not know what I would do without thee.
